Yes! As well as offering vibrational massage, our beds are constructed with medical-grade memory foam to provide the highest level of muscular & joint support possible. Memory foam helps easy pain and offers a more weightless rest.

Yes! We want your dog to be able to experience the SootheSoft fur everywhere so with every purchase of any of our beds you'll receive a travel mat with your order. There's no need to add a Travel Mat to your order, as we include them in any bed order in our distribution centre.

Our ORA Therapy Beds and their covers don't have any chew or kneading resistance.

Being made of medical-grade memory foam with the inner pad foam being 28D air sensitive and rest of the foam being 25D normal form, our beds are firm to the touch, slowly moulding around the contours of your dogs body due to body heat and weight pressure.

We have two covers on all beds, the Base cover and the SootheSoft Fur cover, both can be replaced.

Not yet. We're working on bringing out a high-grade water resistant cover to assist our customers who have dogs with incontinence. All our covers are 100% machine washable but if you're looking for a highly water resistant cover, subscribe to our newsletter so you can be the first to know when we release it.

Yes and no. The memory foam and bed cover are well ventilated however the SootheSoft Fur can sometimes get a little hot for longer haired dogs in hot climates. Otherwise, snuggle up!

We agree. We've tested many a pet bed with poor quality zippers so rest assured we've intentionally selected a #5 zipper which has much wider 'teeth' for better grip and pull quality.

We specifically selected German engineered OKIN Motors for their incredible long-lasting quality and power. All our motors come with a 5-year warranty.

The German-engineered OKIN motors in our ORA Therapy beds offer a reliable, quiet operation. Different surfaces can provide different volumes when the massage is running. i.e. Carpet is a soft, quiet hum. Wooden flooring & tiles can be slightly louder.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Once your order is placed we will send it within the next 24-48 business hours.

We can only ship to PO Boxes with AusPost which typically is a bit slower than our usual delivery.

Yes, you can swap out the size if you happen to choose the wrong one, however we implore you to please make sure you get the right size as you will be responsible for the return costs. The bed also needs to be unopened and unused. Please see our returns policy here.

We don't currently offer international shipping by default through our website however we can organise custom orders if you reach out to info@orapetbeds.com.au please let us know your name, what bed you'd like to order and what country you'd like us to ship to.
