The ORA Therapy Bed consists of three main (cleanable) parts:

The Bed
The Bed Cover
The SootheSoft Fur Cover

Our general care instructions are outlined on our wash labels attached to all our beds. They are as follows:

Foam: Do not wash.

Cover Fabric: Hand wash. Cold only.

SootheSoft Fur: Hand wash. Cold only.

Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not dry clean.

Our Handy Tips To Extend The Life of Your ORA Therapy Bed

If Your Dog Soils the Bed

Clean immediately. Our bed cover is only partially water resistant and currently the ORA Therapy Bed isn't suitable for dogs with incontinence, so we strongly recommend you clean straight away to avoid stains, running stool and smells.

If The Foam Gets Dirty

Prevention is the best medicine.

Our beds memory foam should always be covered by the bed cover. If you need to clean the cover, put the bed away so your dog can't use it until the cover has been cleaned.

We strongly do not recommend cleaning the foam at all because it can destroy the fibres however spot cleaning can be used a last resort.
