Common Shipping FAQs
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed we will send it within the next 24 - 48 business hours.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We can only ship to PO Boxes with AusPost which typically is a bit slower than our usual delivery.
If I pick the wrong size bed, can I swap it out?
Yes, you can swap out the size if you happen to choose the wrong one, however we implore you to please make sure you get the right size as you will be responsible for the return costs. The bed also needs to be unopened and unused. Please see our returns policy here.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
